Thoughts and prayers to Andy Reid and the Reid family

If you haven’t heard yet Andy Reid’s oldest son Garret was found dead in his dorm at Eagles training camp early Sunday morning. As much as I don’t like the Eagles I certainly realize some things are bigger than football. I could only imagine if this was one of the people in the Chargers organization. I know the Reid family and the Eagles organization is in my thoughts and prayers and hope that they’re in yours too. Thank you for reading.

Not liking the Eagles/ Not supporting the Eagles organization is more like it. But the tragety that Mr. Reid is going through should touch us all. Nobody wants to have their kids die while their still on this earth if at all. I don’t know how Andy can coach through the season without becoming emotional. He probably knew he was going to get this news in a matter of time. Being in San Diego you all probably get to see up close every day what our country’s drug war is doing to it’s people. Drugs are an escape, which we all need from time to time. But it doesn’t work that way for so many. The little town I grew up in the kids my age have had a lot of deceased due to the same thing. Alchohol is the biggest abused drug in the USA, yet it is sold in stores, and we should have the freedom to make that choice. And all drugs should be legalized, it would take the crime out of it, which means the value would drop dramatically. This is how every evil thing out there is being payed for. San Diego is by far the most beautiful border town and our own government will turn it into a battle zone. They passed NAFTA knowing it would cause a huge increase in smuggling but alternitive motives drive everything we do, and someone in our own government is getting paid. It’s time to get to the problem, which is different for every addict out there. They need help, and legalizing will keep them from getting it off the streets, and keep money for their kids from going to Mexico. I’ll pray Andy’s son didn’t suffer, but you know he did, that’s why he used. I’m not sure that’s what killed him since it just came out, but he’d had problems for some time. Things have to change and our policys now make things worse, unless you work in our prison system. Please San Diegans let your representitives know enough is enough. End the stupidity now.
Sorry for going off topic but I’m sick of watching people die for no good reason.
