The guys over at the Arrowhead Addict made a crap ton of noise with that one post. The post scattered all across the internet and eventually made it up to A.G. Spanos.

You know it is an AWESOME blog post when it ends up in an email to the VP of a rival team. One little invite turned into a huge deal.

Here are comments from Chargers VP A.G. Spanos:

The Chargers have admitted to the mistake and did not comment on any disciplinary action. Now if we could only get AJ Smith to admit to his mistake…

I’ll believe Spanos when hell freezes over. This is the Corporate thinking I was talking about. He’s not about football he’s about revenue. He has to be to a point, but you don’t push your Citys and fans head in the mud. Like I said he was great pals with Al Davis and the stadium was always filled with Raiders fans, you know the Kiss wanna bes. In all fairness the Chiefs don’t have to shop for fans and that is why it’s hard to get a win at Arrowhead, same goes for the Steelers. Ownership is what can make or break a franchise. Spanos needs to sell shoes. If Spanos would focus not on money but putting a winner on the field, back his players on and off the field, have tons of special family friendly days with mark down prices and lure the so-so fans to the stadium to show them what kind of product he has put together he’d not have to worry about making money.Revenue sharing is a bad idea for fringe teams with bad owners. Winning cures everything. So he needs to focus on getting the best players and ahum COACHES and GM’s to put together a winner. They made it as construction Company in Stockton, not in football. And by the teams he’s put together I’d be worried being in a building he built during a earthquake. I told my kids your work should be just like a artists, you do something be prepared to put your name on it. Anyway BoltBeat and every other Charger source in the San Diego area ought to push for the Corporate ticket buyers that give their workers free tic’s to have a blog with the names of the teams they support on it. Sports were made for fans and supporters to go and see their teams play. It’s not a entertainment venue for careless freeloaders of Corporate America. Spanos if he really cared ought to make it possible for every Chargers fan to attend their games at a reasonable price for the middleclass family. Specials for the less than fortunate. These fans scrape enough money together to buy a Jersy, ball, any sort of tie to their team. While the free ticket holders that could give a #@*# about sports don’t buy anything and throw their programs on the ground.
People laughed when I said I’d like Mark Cuban as a owner, but he’s exactly the kind of guy that wants real fans. Put the pressure on Spanos to put aside a new stadium until he puts together a winner for the lower middle class – middle class San Diegan. They’ll come back to the games if you don’t try and rob them.
