i think Norv and Andy should trade spots. Andy has gone through several QB’s yet manages to turn things around and be competitive in his division. Norv has had Phillip, his entire 5 years he’s been here, and only managed to coach this teams record in “one” direction.

Assess A. J.’s pick’s at the end of the season. If you cannot win the division title every year in this Division then you are under performing. The best team on paper is just a fantasy if the results are a lack of getting to the Playoffs. Houston “we have a problem” if the team is number one in offense and defense but cant win a weak division. Results are what counts not stats.
