Chargers Minicamp Begins Today

Minicamp is set to start today for the San Diego Chargers. They wrapped up 10 days of OTAs last week and the attendance was good. They will now begin a 3-day, 5-practice minicamp where the attendance is mandatory.

Unlike years past, the Chargers do not have any contract squabbles and shouldn’t have anyone holding out from the camp. All the rookies are signed to contracts. Vincent Jackson is happy with his money in Tampa and we don’t have situations like Drew Brees, Maurice Jones-Drew and Matt Forte in town. We have a bunch of guys that are just prepping for the season and want to play football.

Minicamp will not be open to the public.
