The week started out really slow, but by the end of the week we had a new roster addition to the team. On Friday, the Chargers added former Dolphin first round draft pick RB Ronnie Brown onto the team. He will be competing with Curtis Brinkley for the backup spot on the depth chart. He will add that veteran presence on the roster. He will be able to add a threat out of the backfield catching the ball and will also be able to take some of the load off of Ryan Mathews.

The Chargers brought in recently exonerated LB Brian Banks in for a try-out, but we will pass on him and let hi continue try-outs with other teams. Norv said that he would not be surprised to see him make it on someones roster.
