Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, this is the moment that at least 249 of you have been waiting for…. well, for at least a couple of weeks!!!

Now is the time that I announce all of the Chargers swag, and such, that I am giving away tosome of you faithful BoltBeat.com BoltHeads.

The winners have all earned each and every item.  I feel very fortunate to have the ability to give away as much as I am during this contest.

I actually had a fan question whether or not it made sense to have people compete for “runner-up!”  He happens to be the only aerospace engineer that I know at this point in my life.  In fact, to say I know him is an over-statement.  I’ve never met him, not even one time.  But, through various emails, I do feel as though I have a good read on what he believes makes sense to him…… My guess is that he still doesn’t get it; regardless of  how “keen” he is to the obvious, in his own mind.  Wink, wink.

I have mulitple goals while here at BoltBeat.com.  I plan on achieving each and every one of them in due time.

I’m patient when it comes to goals.  This is not necessarily true when it comes to people talking tough behind a keyboard, “fans” hating on the Chargers just for the sake of stirring up debate, people acting like they know when the truly have no idea, and…..that is personal.  ?

One is to help prove that the Chargers do NOT have the worst fans in all of professional sports.  It starts with one true fan at a time. I have the guts to proclaim that it starts with me.  That is not to say that I am the only true fan of the Bolts.  I am saying I believe that it starts with someone like me that will always support the Chargers regardless of the situation.  It takes that one Bolthead to convince other “fans” that it is okay to just love the Bolts in “sickness and in health.”  We’ve been injured the last two years.  Don’t over think what I said there, please.  And I will do so forever, no matter what the case.  Obviously I have the audacity to make excuses for my team as well.  All trams have injuries.  The explanation was in regards to the health part….nevermind.

Another is that I want fans to be given the opportunity to have their voices heard in a way that isn’t secluded to the comments section at the bottom of articles.  It’s not that there is anything wrong with the comments section.  I ask each and every one of you to comment at the bottom of my articles.  That is obviously the purpose of my Fan Perspective articles. Prior to writing for BoltBeat, that was the only way that I had to express my opinion.  Well, that is why I chose to be a “creeper.”  Nothing to back it up with except for a comment here and there.  Make it count because that is how your opinion of the Chargers is guaged by those that you most likely will never meet.

Additionally, as fans, we actually do know what the heck we are talking about.  We as fans matter far more than we are given credit.  Without the fans, there is no NFL.  Many of us have played, coached, or officiated the game of football at various levels.  I have been fortunate to have done all three.

Also, that I have forgotten more than most know about the San Diego Chargers and the NFL, for that matter.  Call me names and so forth.  As I have said before, “I’ve been called worse by better people.”  That does not apply to 99% of the readers here at BoltBeat.com.

And lastly, I want the fans to feel like they have something that most don’t have and that’s the opportunity to receive something cool just for being a fan.  Not for being one in a million.  Solely because they took the time to prove their Boltdom without having to spend a dime.

Alright, alright.  Let’s get on with it already! I know Sam is going crazy right now!

Please allow me to begin by saying that I truly appreciate all that have taken the time to be a part of this contest.

I’d like to thank each and every person that participated in this contest.  I have received some emails that have called me a fake, a fraud, and $@^#*!(.  Amongst other colorful names.

I love haters because all they are doing is what they know how to do best.  And that just so happens to be hating.  Keep up the good work.

By the way, there is still one ticket left and the only reason I haven’t decided who to give it to is that I had over 100 emails in my spam folder that I did not read until yesterday.

If you would like to be considered for the last ticket please email me at boogapeters@yahoo.com.  We have gained almost 150 Facebook likes since the article was first posted.  I am unable to not give those that were a little bit late to apply a chance at the last ticket.

I will be doing one more article to follow up this one that will announce the winner of the last ticket.  That article will also include what some of my plans are while I am on my visit to San Diego.  It would be pretty cool to get to meet as many Chargers fans as possible while I am there.

Thanks again for those of you that participated and thanks a lot for reading!

BoltUp!!!

BoogaP

P.S.  Sam McCranie- You sweating yet?  LMAO! @BOLTSFAN1972 or Sam, as we all know him, has won a San Diego Chargers Fathead.  It is the full-size helmet that the Chargers are wearing currently.  Congrats and thanks for being a true Bolthead!
