Number 55 Will Be Missed

Today is a sad day for not only the NFL but for the entire city of San Diego. The loss of Junior Seau will be felt for a very long time. The 43 year olds presence was always felt around the league and within the city for being a leader and a great man. I still remember watching a Chargers game with my wife at Seau’s the restaurant in San Diego. I looked to my right and there he was, the man himself just hanging out, eating some food and watching a Chargers game. Just like everyone else in the restaurant. He was laughing and joking around with his friends and having a great time. This was the man Junior Seau was. This is how I will always remember him. I will remember him for his performance and leadership on the field, for his influence on the City of San Diego and for the great man he was. Rest in peace Junior, you will be sorely missed.
