You do have some valid points, but your spelling and sentence/paragraph structure make it too difficult to decipher. Every team has its ups and downs you have to learn to get over it. OH wait YOU CAN'T TEACH OLD DOGS NEW TRICKS! Did you know when you started spewing about Boss Ross that he has only coached a team for 5 years at a time? That includes college and pros. I doubt it! When you started spewing about the bad management firing great coaches did you know that the so called bad management got the players to make the teams good and with the exception of Marty were fired by the same GM that hired him? Doubt it! Did you know that when AJ fired Marty they had already been arguing for 2 years? I doubt it! Do you know that Norv has the most wins out of any coach in Chargers history? I doubt it! Do you realize the the NFL is a business? I doubt it! Who needs the history lesson?
