We need a all round guy with speed and who can tackle. This always reminds me of Donnie edwards who was also lighter than most LB's inside or out, and and yet donnie led in Kc and in SD in tackles and had a knack for being around the ball. he got to the QB plenty of times. Big guys are considered better at getting through or around the front line. But I've seen plenty of big guys get side stepped by the QB or just miss the tackle. Edwards made plays because of intelligence and quick feet.  We nee LB's well schooled in not over running plays and sure tackling. Bigger isn't always better. I'd like to put a shout out to Mr. Edwards and the intensity he brought to SD. he and Seau were solid together. That's why I like Bobby wagner in the 2nd. To lite to be a rush specialist.
