Sure seems like the Chargers were not very impressed with Richard Goodman last year. We added another kick returner onto the roster today with the signing of former Buc Michael Spurlock.

The Chargers now have Eddie Royal, Roscoe Parrish, Richard Goodman and Spurlock competing for return duties. Royal will make the roster as a receiver, but the other guys will have to prove their worth in the return game,
