Not a AJ guy at all, but when you play for your hometown it really changes things to. It would take a couple years off Rickey and a one year deal would be great. Smith should talk to him about retiring and hanging around unless there are injurys. Count the Great Running Backs that have come out of SD, and not many have got to play for them.

@biggsybolt it does sound like they could use mcclain as the backup if needed. dont like the idea of that. we would have to re-sign summers if that is their plan though.

@epadaon from what it sounds like McClain might be the second back, not sure I like it tho. If it does happen I see Summers getting more work at fb, and taking a mid round rb, hopefully Hillman
