Isn't if finally time we "fix" things in SD ? My opinion: Norv isn't bad, he just isn't close to be good enough for our talent ! Maybe that's why he's still here ... wonder how many fans have actually fallen away because of the consistent refusal to "fix" our problems and eliminate our continual disappointments ? Brees and Sproles could/should still be Chargers ... wonder how many Super Bowl rings would be living in SD if that would have happened ? PS: I really like Rivers, it's not his fault !

We had no intention of keeping Brees when you use the first pick (or 4th) in the draft to select a QB. I liked Brees, but I love Rivers.

I completely agree Cindi. Sproles was one of our missing links this year and who knows where we would be if we had kept Turner. They are all still Chargers in my eyes :)I'm just so happy for all of them to have found success elsewhere. Hopefully, now its Mathews and Todmans time to shine.

I heard a rumor a while back that AJ Smith was staying in SD and Jon Gruden and Mike Ditka would be brought on to our coaching staff. I know right now there are rumors that Gruden and Smith will be going to St. Louis... but I will not be surprised if they announce that they will be in San Diego.

This whole off season is going to be exciting. Draft picks, coaching changes... everything! Even though we failed to make the playoffs I feel like this year will be a blessing in disguise. We now know what needs to be fixed. We have been hiding behind empty stats and trying to convice ourselves that we are superbowl contenders. This year proved that we have some serious holes/flaws which is GREAT for the team in the long run. Now we can focus on fixing these problems
