I think that Chris Petersen would work for the Chargers. With his record there is proof that he can win. As for the other candidates they are not coaching for some reason or other, and if they still are coaching then why would they move if they did not have a problem of some sort. Moving from College to the professionals for some is a step up and the team needs someone who is not set in a system that has been seen before. New blood, system, and style along with the removal of Mr. AJ in my opinion is the way to go because Mr. AJ is just as responsible for not making the Super Bowl, for it is his choices of personnel as well. He does deserve credit for the handful of players that have proven themselves, but it is time for new blood.

Please God not Andy Reid. Reid knows one thing about football - get a scrambling quarterback who can make 5 (Donovan McNabb) or 10 (Vick) exciting plays a game, and barely make it into the playoffs before an embarrassing blowout.

This is a dumb list. I think Norv is gone. Cowher is media nonsense. Gruden is the only real name, where is the minority coach by NFL rules. I think AJ will be back. Goodbye Norv and I won't be shocked if some unknown Assistant coach is the new coach. Dungy, Peterson, Cowher no way.
