Your telling the players wait and we'll see at the end of the season. By then the freeagents are going to go where they see their best chance of winning. You fire them now and name a head coach that tells them I'm serious about a championship. That tells the Players you have their back, especially if Cowher or Fisher comes up. Cowhers carreer has been a great one, he has the rings to back up his pedigree. Seeing Jeff fisher make his way back without all the stress by becoming defensive cordnator would be great.
