Ensure the firing of Norv Turner (look at our w-l record and playoff statistics since he has taken over, we have been on a steady decline every year). 3. Get us a higher draft pick 4. Getting rid of the excessive expectations by media and fans. I know it sounds anti fan, but believe me I bleed blue and gold. Im just tired of the same thing happening over and over.
