Morning Dump

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!! Today is an awesome day for feasting, some Charlie Brown, a little Macy’s Day Parade and FOOTBALL!!! If you are not playing football somewhere, there are some good games to catch on TV!!! Hope everyone has an awesome Thanksgiving!

All 52 players on the active roster — the team has yet to fill the spot left vacant after Kyle Orton’s release — are participating in Wednesday’s practice in full pads.

He was hurt in Sunday’s loss to the Chicago Bears that dropped the Bolts to 4-6 and into a tie for last place in the AFC West. Mruczkowski was filling in for Kris Dielman, who suffered a concussion Oct. 23 at the New York Jets and then had a seizure on the flight home.

Quietly, every last remaining San Diego Chargers player circled together at the start of Wednesday’s practice for a double-secret players-only pow-wow. Afterward, they were about as forthcoming of the roughly two-minute gathering as a USS Carl Vinson sailor probed on the burial at sea.

Losing brings out the worst in pro sports organizations, and the San Diego Chargers are on display in the worst light possible.

After a very impressive first-half against the Chicago Bears, the San Diego Chargers defense fell apart in the third quarter. In the third quarter, the Bears got the ball twice and both times turned it into touchdowns. The Chargers, on the other hand, got the ball three times and turned it into just 10 points.
