Stephen Cooper to IR, Chargers Sign Gerald Hayes

It looks like the Chargers will send Stephen Cooper to the IR instead of releasing him, and the Bolts picked up another LB, Gerald Hayes, to fill his spot:

Cooper will be placed on IR (bicep). Not released. Team has agreed to terms with veteran LB Gerald Hayes has been added to roster.
