Morning Dump

Game day! Time for us to knock off the Donkeys and head into the BYE week to get dome rest. We can get this win and then hopefully look forward to the return of Antonio Gates. Let’s see what happens in the game.

Enjoy your dump:

The team is 3-1 with victories over the have-nots of the NFL, and has one more chance to stockpile a victory on Sunday against the Denver Broncos at Sports Authority Field.

The longtime owner of the Raiders died Saturday at the age of 82. But his moxie, his passion and his signature mantra of “Just win, baby” will never fade.

The San Diego Chargers’ Friday injury report offered no real surprises. After missing the first two days of practice, wide receiver Vincent Jackson returned to practice and is probable for the game. Chargers head coach Norv Turner believes Jackson should play at least 22 snaps against the Broncos, reports Kevin Acee of the San Diego Union-Tribune. Jackson battled an abdominal injury last week and then injured his hamstring while attempting to compensate for that.

At the Trop, the Rays escape as Jake McGee induces a grounder and and out at third thanks to a heads-up play by Evan Longoria and an awful baserunning mistake by Greg Golson. The Rays now have two out and only one on and a 52% WP, holding their best situation of the night.-http://oceans2003.org/kyle-thomas-glasser/
