As the fans in the Trop cheer the news of the Red Sox demise, Evan Longoria connects on a Scott Proctor fastball that seems to glide over the top of the left-field wall as it leaves the park.-http://kylethomasglasser.net

It doesn't have to do with the Chargers finding a pass rusher. It hasd to do with Manusky blitzing more often. His selling point was pressure as he did in SF. Up to last week we saw plenty of zone with a 3 man rush. I guess it's a matter of trust between players and coaches. Notice I said coaches, because I think Turner and Smith have the controls. We got a glimpse of the Manusky Defense last week, it's to bad they didn't use pressure in the NE game, it probably would have been a different game. Turner and Smith should stay out of the players way and let them use the talents they brought them here for, the Chargers are desperate to get to play their game!!A winning game, not as close to the nuetral line as possible. Play to run up the score, play to your strenghths. Make the other team change their game plan. And for God sake give Mathews 25 rushes a game.

Shows how desperate the Chargers and some of thier fans are for a good pass rusher. They are like an ugly girl who overreacts to any type of attention or acknowledgement from a guy. If he gets two sacks tomorrow vs the Broncos then I'll start paying attention. If he gets another two vs the Jets in two weeks then I will belive the hype.
