The Greg One’s Week two picks

After coming out of the gate with a pedestrian 8-8 offering during week one of the NFL season, The Greg One is going back on the record to better last week’s predictions. Call your bookie because these picks are money!

Oakland at Buffalo
Which 1-0 team is for real? Can’t pick the Raiders. Bills win 23-14.

Kansas City at Detroit
Detroit all the way 33-13.

Chicago at New Orleans
Bears will try to rally around their emotionally wounded leader Brian Urlacher and get the win on willpower alone. Drew Brees is missing weapons at receiver with Colston out and Moore hurting. Somehow, Bears keep the score low enough to win 20-17.

Cleveland at Indianapolis
How the mighty have fallen. No Peyton, big problem for the Colts with Peyton Hillis rolling into town. Cleveland is road favorite and Colts embarrassed themselves last week. I like the Colts to man up and ‘upset’ Cleveland 21-13.

Tampa Bay at Minnesota
Josh Freeman strikes back after losing opener. Tampa wins 28-23.

Green Bay at Carolina
Not for the faint of heart. Packers pound Cam Newton all game long and win 37-14.

Seattle at Pittsburgh
This one gets ugly fast, Pittsburgh takes out its frustrations of last week’s Baltimore smackdown by crushing the Seahawks 34-3.

Baltimore at Tennessee
Bench Chris Johnson fantasy players. He’ll have 15 carries for 30 yards. Ravens win 27-9.

Arizona at Washington
Washington looked good in defeating the Giants last week and new feature back Tim Hightower will want to make his former team sorry for trading him. Game stays close but Arizona wins 23-20.

Jacksonville at NY Jets
Luke McCown against the Jets defense? Not a chance. Jets win 30-12.

Dallas st San Francisco
Romo redeems himself. Cowboys win 28-20.

Cincinnati at Denver
Only way anyone watches this game is if Tim Tebow starts. Cincinnati wins the Sominex bowl, 22-16.

Houston at Miami
Arian Foster gets his groove back. Houston wins 28-21.

San Diego at New England
In the one game I hope I lose, the game goes down to the wire and Patriots win on a field goal 27-24.

Philadelphia at Atlanta
Falcons fans forget they’re supposed to be booing Vick and start cheering when he breaks off a 35-yard run. Philadelphia wins 30-20.

St. Louis at NY Giants
Bradford is injured but will play. Steven Jackson is injured and won’t play. Giants will play with desperation, registering four sacks and an interception. Giants win 24-17.
