Does Norv know for sure that this is the year (fifth) as head coach that he must "get it done" or be canned. His face is flushed and appears he is ready to melt down when watching his team perform. The "know it alls" think the Bolts will break out this year and think they will be 4-1 after their first five games. We shall see if they can get er done or just flop in the latter rounds where the really good teams know how to win. If they do not at least win the AFC Championship to gain a spot for a Super Bowl shot then Dean Spanos needs to step up and realize he made another mistake in believing that A. J.
