Crayton was having a good season last year before he went down with a wrist injury. He was just hitting his stride and getting comfortable in the offense and with Philip, but then he went down on his wrist and had to be sidelined for the rest of the season. He most likely will be counted on out of the slot position this year with Vincent Jackson and Malcom Floyd out on the edges. Of course this all could change with free agency after this lockout is done.

He will also be competing for the punt returner role when the season starts. Darren Sproles is not expected to be brought back and Antoine Cason took over the spot before the end of last season also. Crayton was the main punt returner in Dallas before he was brought over here and could take some of those opportunities.

Crayton averaged 18.4 yards per catch in 2010. That is a gawdy stat… To put that in some perspective, Clayton was 20th in the league on yards per catch. That is 20th out of every single receiver in the league. That is ahead of guys like V. Jackson, Braylon Edwards and Dwayne Bowe. I think that we are going to see Crayton have an all pro year, if there is a year….

he is a great weapon to have! I really was impressed with what he was able to do after the catch. He has a mean stiff arm that he was using on defenders last year.

It was too bad that he got hurt, but on the play he did get hurt in, you could tell he was willing to anything to win the ball game, even if it meant giving up his body for a play.
