VOTE: Are vocal and emotional players good or bad?

We all love the game of American Football. No matter what team you root for, style of play you enjoy most, whether you have been a fan for 1 month or 50 years, we ALL love to see our teams hit pay dirt. But when a player goes to the “extreme” with endzone celebrations, does this effect the team? How about when a player wants to run their mouth and be the voice of the franchise? Here is my answer!

I say – NO HARM NO FOUL. As long as the players are not distracting others from the game, or causing a separation in the locker room, let them play them game. They spend 365 days a year training, preparing, healing, risking, and PLAYING THE GAME. Let them spend 10 seconds doing whatever sort of river dance or pose they so choose to do. And personally, when it comes to defense I love hearing the players mic’d up and firing some trash talk back and forth. But it doesn’t necessarily have to be

Here are a handful of players in which I love watching talk some trash, celebrate, and add fuel to the fire on gameday!

Chad Ochocinco – WR – Bengals

Terrell Owens – WR – Bengals

Ray Lewis

Hines Ward

Shaun Phillips

Drew Brees
