It&#039;s like the Chargers are a farm and when a player is well groomed and well developed (takes years) and can recieve a good contract due to performance, the Chargers sell the crops or free agency causes a bidding war.

The player deserves the contract but AJ isn&#039;t always willing to give it to them. Last season he did well by resigning Rivers and a couple of other guys, but letting Kassim Osgood go was not good for our special teams.</description>
