Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post is reporting that San Diego Chargers S Eric Weddle is suing Alka-Seltzer for putting his image on the the Alka-Seltzer boxes. Check out the article of National Football Post to see the press release from Weddle’s agent.

You make the jokes here involving Alka-Seltzer and Weddle.

I wouldn’t have even known that Weddle was on the box cover if this case didn’t come up.

    Wasn’t there just a story about how the NCAA takes all of a player’s image and marketing rights when they sign all their paperwork? If the NCAA approved this use, this guy likely doesn’t have a case.

    i need alka seltzer in order to watch his play out on the field. getting run over by runningbacks and then getting burned deep by receivers
