The vintage uniforms the Chargers now break out against old AFL opponents are not only popular, generally considered among the coolest in professional sports, but they’re also regular reminders of what remains the only San Diego team that ever won a major league title in pro football, baseball or basketball.

Chargers wide receiver Legedu Naanee was arrested in Indianapolis early Saturday and charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest, a run-in that likely sealed his fate with the team that drafted him in 2007.
