Leiweke: One or Two Teams Ready to Move to LA

There are one or two teams ready to move. Mr. (Philip) Anschutz, (AEG’s chairman), believes a team will come if we build it. At least one team will come if we build it. – AEG President Tim Leiweke

The San Diego Chargers and a move to Los Angeles is in the news again… I’m really tired of being left in suspense with this whole situation. AEG doesn’t name a team, the Chargers say they are here for next year but do not commit to anything after that, and we are all left with a big surprise until an announcement is made.

I wonder if they will hold an hour special on ESPN called “The Decision” to announce what teams are heading to Los Angeles. Which one of you guys would take out your Chargers jersey and light it to flames if the Chargers were announced as part of that move?

Would love for San Diego to keep the Chokers and LA bring back the Rams, who should have never of left in the first place.

Chargers’ only place is San Diego. But if they want them…..the city needs to do something or the fans need to take a stand….a team as decent as the Chokers and they don’t have community support like a winning team deserves is pretty head scratching……I would be pissed if I was a fan….
