Antonio Gates Will Not Play in Pro Bowl

San Diego Chargers TE Antonio Gates will not participate in the Pro Bowl Jan 30. He was not cleared medically to play the game and will likely be replaced by Oakland Raiders TE Zach Miller.

Gates is a 7-time Pro-Bowler and finished the season with 782 yards and 10 TDs in 10 games. He was not able to participate in the final 4 games of the season due to plantar fasciitis.
