Franchising him will guarantee him an average of the top 5 paid receivers. The Chargers might be willing to do that since he is such an impact player and nobody else stepped up in the receiving corps. as for manusky, he was hired and we will see if it was the scheme or the players. really can't tell. I wonder if manusky will be able to bring over Takeo Spikes from san francisco with him though.
