Antonio Gates did not practice and was placed on the IR list. He will not play the last game of the season and he will rest up for next season. Gates does not have any concern about the foot limiting him next season.

Both Jacob Hester and Mike Tolbert sat practice. FB Billy Latsko was signed from the practice squad and might get some playing time this weekend.

Jacob has a chance to play. Obviously, not being able to go today set him back. Billy knows what to do. It would be a limited role, but he would be ready to go if we need him. – Norv Turner
