#1: He broke the San Diego Chargers single-game record for most passing yardage in the SEA-SD matchup with 455 yards

#2: In week 8, Rivers passed Dan Fouts for the Chargers league passing record through the first eight games w/ 2,649

#3: With Rivers leading the Chargers, he improved his record to 4-1 against Peyton Manning.

#4: Rivers holds a 18-1 record playing in the month of December as a starter for the Chargers

#5: on January 31, 2010, Rivers and his wife gave birth to their 5TH CHILD

#6: Philip Rivers’s jersey is the 3rd highest grossing Chargers jersey, under Dan Fouts and LT respectively.
