Around the AFC West

Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs ran through the Seattle Seahawks in the Seahawks house! It was a big win for the Chiefs because they have struggled on the road all season long and they needed to prove that they could  win somewhere else other than Arrowhead. Matt Cassel and Dwayne Bowe are building confidence and it doesn’t look like this team will let up for us down the stretch like the Broncos have done in the past. We will have to match them game for game down the stretch and win the game against them when they come to our house in a couple of weeks. They have the Broncos coming to town this week and still hold a game lead for the division.

Oakland Raiders
The Oakland Raiders are starting to slide back to the rest of the pack. The Miami Dolphins handled the Raiders and held them to 16 rushing yards on the day. They do have a receiver that is starting to shine on that team though in Jacoby Ford. He continues to make plays for that team and looks to be a star in the making. The Raiders will cruise down to San Diego this week and our boys will need to stay focused on this game before looking forward to the Kansas City matchup.

Denver Broncos
I don’t think that this team matters anymore unless they play against one of the other AFC West teams. So I won’t even mention the game that they played, BUT will mention that they do get a rematch against the Kansas City Chiefs this coming weekend. Let’s see if the 2 head coaches can play nice and shake each other’s hands after the game. We will be rooting for the Donkeys!
