Philip Rivers: Chasing Marino

Here is our spot on the BLOG Blitz.

People doubt that Rivers will be able to continue this pace because in order to win football games we will need to start running the ball and controlling the clock. If we are winning football games, then we would not need to throw the ball as many times as we do. I looked back on Marino’s record-setting season and noticed that the Dolphins went 14-2. The most important stat that Philip Rivers needs to worry about is the win column. With the season record now at 3-5, a couple of losses will mean an end to the season and our chance for a championship. Get the wins and everything else will fall into place.
