Osgood!?!?!? dude has not been on the team all season long and the special teams problems have been more than one player. This game will come down to Rivers vs Brady. Both QBs are missing some of their best targets with Randy Moss gone and Malcom Floyd injured. Whichever QB is able to make plays with their offensive weapons. This game will now come down to Zoltan and Scifres. Both players might not even see a lot of action on the field with both high powered offenses.

I'd have to agree with all his assessments, but after watching the Ravens game, and hearing some post-game discussion, I'd have to say that our greatest Special Teams asset has to be our rookie punter, Zoltan Mesko. He's averaging over 44yds/punt, and the single biggest play of the game last week was his 65yd punt, pinning the Ravens deep in their own territory. In many of the close games between these 2 teams it has come down to Special Teams play and lately it seems to come down to a Scifres kick that hits at the 1yd line and is recovered by Osgood. Well, if Zoltan can cancel out Scifres, and no Osgood to make the play, this could be the factor that tilts the game scales for a Patriots win.
