Who’s Fault? VJ or AJ?

SAN DIEGO - JANUARY 17: Wide receiver Vincent Jackson #83 of the San Diego Chargers runs after a catch against the New York Jets during AFC Divisional Playoff Game at Qualcomm Stadium on January 17, 2010 in San Diego, California. Everyone is frustrated on the whole situation of Vincent Jackson and AJ Smith and everyone has there own side to the situation. Which side do you blame? Are you mad at them both?

VJ is a moron. His agent should have advised him his only bargaining chip in this mess was his ability to sit out the season. The Chargers held the rest of the chips and AJ called his bluff. VJ has to drasstically lower his price so that the Chargers will lower their trade compensation. If VJ wants top dollar, then the Chargers are entitled to top trade. Remember, if VJ doesn’t play at least six games this season, he will fail to meet this years eligibility towards free agency, which might means he could still be a Charger next year and he’ll be in the same situation (possibly choosing to sit out next season). He should have accepted the 3.268 million he was offered in the pre-season and keep his big mouth shut. I don’t understand what team would want to pay big money for a guy who can’t play until week seven and picks up another DUI when he’s already on probation for a previous DUI.
