The weight of the world is a lot for a twenty year old!! Back to work!! Have A good day y’all! -rmathews24

Ryan Mathews is starting to feel the heat of being a starting running back in the NFL. His fumble in Monday Night’s football game proved to be critical and led to a Chiefs Touchdown. There were times where he did not follow his blockers and on the final goal line stand, Darren Sproles was the player in the backfield. There is also some chirping about missing LT on that goal line stand.

Philip Rivers and Norv Turner to ease the pressure for the young player and get him some confidence building plays. Maybe getting a goal line carry and scoring that first NFL touchdown will help raise that confidence as well.  The kid is a rookie and will go through his ups and downs. He has a lot of promise and just needs to settle down and get his confidence back. I am sure that he still is throwing up before the games because of the nerves. He will be alright and soon the opposing players will be the ones that are nervous. Time to get it started this week against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
