Matthews is an amazing running back and a definite high draft talent. If you look at his averages you will know this for sure. If you are someone who is gonna complain that he's not from a bcs aq conference, check out his numbers against top 25 schools. They are just as good, if not better than against WAC schools. Remember this guy led the country in rushing and missed almost a game and a half with a concussion. He was definitely the best pick for the chargers who not only solidify their running game but also open up Darren sproles to bust open big plays.

Hey, JD. I will do what I can for any out of state Charger fan. Kassim Osgood left as an unrestricted free agent and signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars as a wide receiver, He was mostly a special teams for us and never really had a receiving rold with people like Vincent Jackson and Malcolm Floyd around. He wanted a chance to shine as a receiver and he will get that shot in Jacksonville.

Good point, mathas. They are deep at LB. I like the English/Phillips combination at ROLB, but I want to see more from Larry English this year. Though we do have some of those previous draft picks, they are only giving us depth right now. We don't really have a true nose tackle at the position, We need to get bigger at the position after the way our rushing defense collapsed last year. Too many yards taken right up the gut.
