P-Riv Under The Knife
Philip Rivers underwent surgery today on the torn ACL in his right knee. Reports say it will be six months until he’s back up and running. Let me just say for now, the man showed guts. He’s the leader of this team, he’s the man in San Diego.
Good Time Charlie
Hall-Of-Famer and former Charger Charlie Joiner has joined the team as wide receivers coach, filling the gap left by the recently fired James Lofton.
Joiner could be a good fit. He has quite the duo to mentor in Vincent Jackson and Chris Chambers. The tandem has all the potential in the world and can only benefit from Joiner bringing his old school style. Good hire.
Cam Gets A Job
What can you say about former Chargers offensive coordinator Cam Cameron’s eye-blink of a stint as Miami Dolphins head coach? No doubt those 16 games seemed to take 16 years. For his trouble ol’ Cam was put out of his misery and dismissed by the new head Tuna. Cam has landed on his feet, stepping on over to Baltimore, back as offensive coordinator.

I’m sure that I’m just kicking a dead dog or something, but the Chargers have to be trying to trade LT right? The rights to draft McFadden, plus a future 1st rounder? I’d be trying to push him onto the first grayhound bus out of town to TJ if I was Boltz fan. But that’s just me.
