It's been that way since Pop Warner for most of these guys. When you're stopming the other guy, you talk crap. When you're getting stomped, you go for the moral victory and condemn the other team for talking crap. My only point was that is was good to see Rivers show some life. He got in front of his team and spoke out, for better or worse. And to be honest, the Chargers' playoff karma can't get much worse. Maybe when the Broncos get back the 13 starters they lost this season they'll look like the Broncos that the Chargers used to have to worry about.
