Obviously it's always easier when you're on the winning side of the field. It's been that way since Pop Warner for most of these guys. When you're stopming the other guy, you talk crap. When you're getting stomped, you go for the moral victory and condemn the other team for talking crap. My only point was that is was good to see Rivers show some life. He got in front of his team and spoke out, for better or worse. And to be honest, the Chargers' playoff karma can't get much worse.

"Rivers showed a little matriculated moxie in the supposed trash talking. The team is fired up. You never want to rub it in necessarily, but sometimes emotion can get the best of you on the field of battle. Ask John Lynch."And what about the Chargers' outrage over the Pats "lights out" dance last year and LT's comments after that game??? I wish LT would've called his teammates out on their poor sportsmanship.Funny what a difference a year makes. I have one word....Karma

Rivers is a sham of a QB this year and a poor sportsman to boot. His play this year should not make him feel like he can act like a hotshot high school kid with his athletic directors nose up his butt. Have some class and humility Phillip. It's a good thing the NEW LT is still showing why he's on top and Cromartie lifted the D back to a semblance of last years team. Maybe when the Broncos get back the 13 starters they lost this season they'll look like the Broncos that the Chargers used to have to worry about. For now they're garbage and nothing to be proud of stomping on.
