Chris Chambers is a San Diego Charger. This is great news, as Vincent Jackson hasn’t exactly played like a No. 1 WR this year, completely disappearing from time to time. Chambers was a Pro Bowler back in ’05. He also has respectable stats this season, even though he hasn’t yet found the endzone. Expect that to change once he gets integrated into this offense. This move might just be enough to make the Chargers the runaway favorites in the AFC West, and possibly even Super Bowl contenders.
